6M – 2YR
Parent – Taught Class
Our Parent Taught Class allows parents to bond with their baby while teaching critical water safety skills. These lessons start with a relaxed approach, using songs, toys, and fun activities to introduce your baby to the water and build those foundational swimming techniques.
During these sessions, the instructor will introduce your little ones to skills like bubble blowing, kicking drills on front and on back, water acclimation, voluntary submerging, assisted/supported back floats and front floats, and gliding under the water between parent and instructor. As they grow in age and experience, the ultimate goal is to get our infant students survival swim ready.

2YRS +
Beginner Class
There is no experience required to take this class. This class is for anyone who cannot swim or float independently. Our goal is, along with teaching water safety, to get our students swimming independently for short distances, as well as survival floating (rolling to/from their back to break for rest and air). In this class we teach breath control, getting our head underwater, monkey-walking, entering/exiting the pool, how to kick, floating in water, and safely jumping into the pool and finding the wall/steps.
MON 4:30PM // FRI 3:30PM & 5:30PM // SUN 1:00PM & 2:30PM

SKILL BASED
Intermediate Class
Our intermediate swimmers must be able swim 15ft independently on belly and back, float for 10 seconds, and jump from the side of the pool and swim to the wall/stairs. Our goal is to get our Intermediate students to become safe and confident swimmers. In this class they will learn the freestyle stroke, backstroke, and breaststroke movements. We will also work to develop efficiency and speed while simultaneously improving their arm and legs moving together. Students will also explore treading water as well as diving underwater over 7ft to retrieve items.
MON 5:00PM // FRI 4PM & 4:30PM // SUN 1:30PM

SKILL BASED
Advanced Class
Our advanced swimmers must be able to swim 30 ft on back and belly with streamline arms, practice timed breathing exercises, be at least familiar with the different types of swim strokes, and be able to retrieve items from the bottom of the pool.
