We provide personalized, safety-focused lessons for children (and adults!) to build up their confidence and develop essential swimming skills. Our classes provide a fun, supportive, and challenging environment that inspires every student to excel.

Parent-Taught Class | (6m – 2y)

It is never too early to introduce your baby to swim lessons! Our Parent Taught Class allows parents to bond with their baby while teaching critical water safety skills.

Intermediate Class | (Skill Based)

Our intermediate swimmers must be able swim 15 ft independently on belly and back, float for 10 seconds, and jump from the side of the pool and swim to the wall/stairs.

Beginner Class | (2yrs +)

This class is for anyone two years old or older who cannot swim or float independently. There is no experience required to take this class. (No parents in the water.)

Advanced Class | (Skill-Based)

Our advanced swimmers must be able to swim 30 ft on back and belly with streamline arms, practice timed breathing exercises, and able to retrieve items off the bottom of the pool.

  • Learn Essential Skills: Enroll in professional swim lessons to master basic techniques like floating, breathing, and treading water. Our curriculum is designed to then build on those foundations as they progress through our classes.
  • Follow Pool Rules: We help educate our students on the importance of following pool safety guidelines – such as no running on the pool deck, only entering the pool with an adult around, and no diving in shallow water – to prevent accidents and maintain a safe environment.
  • Fun for All Ages: Swimming lessons provide a great opportunity for families to bond, stay active, and enjoy the water while building confidence and essential life skills. It is also an incredibly rewarding sport for athletes of all ages!

Wondering if they’re too young to start?

(Spoiler alert – they’re probably not! We start at 6 months!)

  • Water safety : The most obvious benefit of teaching children to swim from six months is it significantly reduces the risk of drowning. In our infant classes, babies will get comfortable in the water and learn early safety habits.
  • Improves physical development: Swimming helps babies build strength, coordination, and balance. Studies have shown that babies who have taken infant swim lessons often have better balance than children who don’t; and they continued to have better coordination than their peers at age 5!
  • Boosts learning and social skills: Swimming encourages exploration, social interaction, and confidence. Babies who continue taking lessons develop friendships with their swim buddies as they grow.
